This hotel/apartment is a great choice for those who want to stay in a central location near a big shopping center. It offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff is polite and helpful, providing complimentary fruit baskets and responding promptly to guests' requests. Guests can enjoy parking facilities on-site and easy access to nearby markets. One guest mentioned being pleasantly surprised by the beautiful room interior design.

Some guests noticed that the carpets in the hallways were in need of changing or that there was a smell of smoke in some areas.

Everything was great.

The staff at the Topaz were very friendly, from the man at reception through to the cleaners. I have never been in a hotel/apartment where the staff have been as friendly as the staff at the Topaz.

The only down side of staying at the Topaz was that our room looked onto the building site next door and so it was quite noisy because of this, but with all the buiding in Dubai you would be very lucky to find somewhere that isn't next to a buiding site.

the apartment was spacious and clean, ideal for my family of four. the staff was always helpful and approachable, especially the receptionist who gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. the location was perfect since we were just a few meters away from the mall and a metro station.

The apartment had a problem with the air conditioning unit and it was quite difficult to control the temperature of the room. the breakfast selection was limited and not very appetizing.

Very good location beside mall of Emirates. Huge room with many washing machine.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the staff were incredibly polite and made me feel very welcome. They provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. Secondly, the rooms were well-designed and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen equipment was all in good working condition. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, right behind a popular mall.

Noise control could be improved.

Nice , big and clean apartments. Daily maid service was the best part.

The hotel stuff are rude, Not freindly Not helpful and even doesnt care about the guest as they didnt show any type of nice hospitality.. rooms are below expactation and not clean, bathrooms were a nightmare.. i stayed for one night and they charged me for 3 nights!! and till the moment the amount has not been refunded.. also the hotel is not suitable for families the TV has hundreds of adults chanels,, to be honest i dont recomand this place for any one at all

This hotel is superbly located behind a popular mall and offers spacious and well-decorated rooms. The beds and pillows are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff is super friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel provides basic amenities and keeps the rooms in good condition with all decent furnishings and facilities. Lastly, the inclusion of breakfast adds great value to the stay.

The bathroom could benefit from some updates.

yes about the payment ,the last time when i paid the bill i told the person in charge to pay until 12th july and when i checkedout they told me that there is 2 days to pay .

Washing machine didn't work and there is no curtains on the kitchen which make the people in the opposite building can see us --> no brivacy

My stay in this hotel was amazing. the location was incredibly convenient as it was just a few minutes walk away from the Mall of the Emirates which is a big shopping center. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. I also appreciated how easy it was to find transportation near the hotel. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome.
